This streamlined sheet focuses on the essentials you need to play D&D. Each section includes helpful explanations. Don't worry if you don't understand everything - the DM will help you!

What's your hero called?
What kind of being are you?
Your character's profession/role
Usually start at level 1

💪 Ability Scores

What are these? Your character's natural talents. 10 is average. Higher is better! These determine how good you are at different things.
Physical power
Agility & reflexes
Health & stamina
Reasoning & memory
Awareness & insight
Personality & charm

⚔️ Combat Stats

Hit Points (HP): Your health. When it reaches 0, you're unconscious!
Armor Class (AC): How hard you are to hit. Higher is better!
Speed: How far you can move in one turn (usually 30 feet).

🎯 Skills You're Good At

Check the skills your character is trained in. Your class and background determine these. If you're not sure, leave them unchecked and ask the DM!

🗡️ Equipment & Weapons

List the weapons your character uses
What protects you in combat?
Adventuring gear you carry
Your starting money

✨ Spells (If You Use Magic)

Only fill this out if your class uses magic! (Like Wizard, Cleric, Druid, etc.) If you're a Fighter or Rogue, you can skip this section.
Write spell names and what they do
Usually 8 + proficiency + ability modifier
How many spells you can cast per day
